Man it was a nightmare! I can't even begin to describe how awful it was and that we still do NOT have thedoor chains on the doors almost a week later. I am a little too upset to really go on and on about it again. I posted in the bipolar forum about it here:

I am so tired from all this and a little more then just disappointed by the fact that the tub wasn't full sized, so when I got in and tried to lay in it it was not comfortable at all. Lucky for me I am a shower kind of gal. Anyway, I love you all so much, wanted you to know we're okay, here and all, but there are problems and it started before we loaded the first item. :p
Hope your week is going better then mine is.

ahh! the "pleasures" of moving. i understand your frustration, the unexpected while moving can make anybody break down in tears.
Sorry to hear how bad was your day of moving, ours was also something to remember, just add the coldest day of the year, a blizzard, a broken window, a frozen battery, ahh the "pleasures" of moving......:( :o

Moving is the pits. There's no getting around it.

Hey sweetie! I think I already talked your ear off tonight, just posting for additional support!
I can't wait to see pics of you and Jackie in less stressful moments to come, at the park, 'playing legos', what have you.
Take care of yourself,
Lisa

Thanks for the sympathy everyone, I still hurt all over and know that Jack is too. I was amazed at how much we got done and how much there was to GET done. It's not over though as we've got to move stuff inside from out in the garage, but it's not happening just yet. If it wasn't going to rain today and if I didn't have a doctor appointment we'd do the pool. I was worried we'd have no backyard, but we've got a flat one compared to most of the others. And we've actually got one nice tree back there too.
I am still pretty upset about not having door chains yet, but I suppose we'll get them next week when the handyman comes out to fix the fan and the toilet paper holder and towel rack holder. Jackie is doing okay, but last night he got a long time out for knocking over two drinks on the carpet here and we were pretty disappointed in him because it was done on purpose, not accidents. It's like he gets these darn impulses and can't stop himself. He was sick when we moved and the anticbiotics took over and helped him to get over the earache and the coughing pretty much. Yet he still has to finish those up and soon he will take his last topamax. We're definitely noticing more talking and more sense being made from what he's saying. It's really wonderful that I read about that drug here and recognized what a potential problem it could be creating for him and talked with his doctor about getting him off of it and that she listened and agreed. :)
He just loves to run around this place. The floor plan hwever is radically different, no eat in kitchen, its got a full dinning room which we put the carpet down and this table looked great there, (this meaning I need a desk to replace it since we moved it here to set up my computer the other day) but we decided to set up things here by the TV in the living room until I can find a small table or a desk we can get. :)
Thanks again all for your wonderful loving support, I don't know what I would have done without you all, and you especially Mili, you're the best and I love ya like a soul sister! ;) *hug*
