Here is an interview with Dr. Pratt.

You can search inside the book and read what others have to say. Out of 86 reviews, only 2 were less than 4 out of 5 stars. Looks as though this book is really liked.

Then there was Christine Doherty's "Top 10 Super Foods" in Living Without. She also talked at the GIG meeting in 2005.

The link to the complete story is bad :( In alphabetic order, these top ten super-performers are beets, Brazil nuts, broccoli, cabbage, flax seeds, kale, lentils, plain yogurt, pomegranate, and quinoa.
