Many of us know grapefruit juice can interact (rather a lot) with certain meds, e.g. carbamazepine, to a clinically relevant extent. I was asked whether other citrus might have similar interactions...
Here is a useful article describing the phenomenon, including a nice table of indicating meds affected and how. It also discusses the compounds and mechanisms of interaction, as well as meds grouped by type. Parts of it are a little technical but there is plenty information in plain terms too.
Drug Interactions with Grapefruit Juice: An Evidence-Based Overview (https://secure.pharmacytimes.com/lessons/200303-02.asp)

most citrus juices such as sweet orange, lemon, citron, and tangerine are considered safe. Sour oranges such as Seville oranges, however, may have an effect similar to grapefruit juice, but these fruits are not used in commercial orange juice production nor are they commonly sold in the United States. Lime juice may also interact.
Especially if you take multiple meds, I encourage you to check the table provided in the article, and if you take any of the affected meds, talk to your pharmacist, or your doctor about it. or both.
