Going to PM tomarrow

Well I go to a new pain PM in the morning. I had been to one but they only do the spine. I have so many things going on. So I have to go to who does it all.
I had to go back to the ER Monday night cause of migraine. Well told Dr I didn't want a quick fix. I wanted to know what was going on. They did a cat scan from my neck up. Well I have a new problem. I have what the Dr said quit a few nodule's on my thyroid. So now I have to go to a surgeon. But I am going to let PM pick my Dr. Please pray that I get a very good PM Dr Please. I am so tired of Bad Dr.

I would like to say I have had 2 really good days, no Headaches.

I'm sorry to hear you have yet new problems to deal with hopefully it won't be anything to much.

Hey Deb! I do hope you get a GREAT PM! Nice not to have the headaches for a couple days I bet :D It's like getting a very nice and unexpected gift!! Something you always wanted... lol. That is kind of how I feel when mine decides to take some time off :rolleyes:

Deb i'm sorry your going thru this crap , ever since January i have been trying to find a pain doc , well i found one and as luck would have it a good one, but i so understand the pre appt jitters i8 also exsperiance them for the second appt as she didnt accept me a a patiant till my second appt ( yesterday) so my best wishes and a prayer go out to you (((deb)))

I was wondering how your PM went. Do you feel like this is the right one and that you are started on a good plan?

Well You all are not going to believe. I got home from the PM I got the biggest pain in my right side. Thought it was my diverticulitis. I had part of my large intestine removed 4 years ago and had no trouble from then on. Will I had to go some where fast. Got to the ER and they when to work on me so fast. They gave me 2mg of every 45 Didlawdon (spelling wrong) mins sent me to cat scan and my small intestines had twisted some how. They sent me up stairs for the night and called the surgeon and they had to put a tube down my nose and I hate that. But it worked by this morning it had worked it's way back right. I just got home.

I liked the lady at PM and I know I have to do what they think first. So PT and Some meds no pain meds. Wants me to quit smoking and all caffeine. Yeah right. I will do the PT. Don't take my smokes away or my caffeine LOL. I will in do time maybe. Going to have TP shots next time. then we well talk meds. I am going to give it a try.
