New Pain Doc

Actually NP but i finally have a new one after being here ion oregon for 4 months , man what a chore i9t was trying to find a new doc after having been established in maine for 9 years i had forgotten what it took. She is great and isnt trying to rework my pain treatment thank god for small miricles . I was begining to think i wouold have to deal with the pain with no help..........Thanks ,,,,,,,,,,Dave aka 911

That is really great news Dave!!!! Thanks for posting that. Please keep in touch and let us know if you continue to be happy with your new Dr. There may be someone come to the forum asking for a good Dr. in your area. As you well know, GOOD Drs. are hard to find in some areas.....Oregon being one of them.

Thank you all so much for your responce, your so0 right a good painj doc is alot of the time very very hard to come by , it took me 3 months and 4 dr's later to get this on fortunatly i didnt get labled a Dr shopper . Anyways just wanted to say thanks , i am trying to make an effort to come here once a day "the support is fantastic here" for a while i was just reading and not posting alot but as i get more comfy with this i hope to be around more often ,,,,,,,,,,Thanks again Dave aka 911

Dave, it is good tho hear you found a doctor that will work with you instead of trying to rework all you have done so far. It is my biggest fear about moving or going over to VA. Will I find a doctor that accepts the med combo it took me so long to come up with or will I only find ones that want to change and make me go through it all again. It is so good to hear she will keep your old combo of meds.

Dave, I am happy you were so lucky. It is not easy changing any kind of Dr. hope you come in more. Yes, the support here is very encouraging and gives us a little more fight to keep putting one foot in front of the other.
