Apparently ... it is claimed to be a powerful anti-oxidant.. it is compared to the anti-oxidants in blue berries BUT .. I bet the cost is off the charts. If your MIL is selling it via a MLM outfit ... it is probably closer to "snake oil" than beneficial therapy

Oh no, mother-in-law has Alzheimers Disease. She is in the last stages, the Last of the last. Dr. does double talk. She does not know us and isn't verble unless you want to call her gibberish verble. So sad.
I had been to see her. THE NURSE was the one that stuck the bottle in my bag. Yes, After I had it a couple weeks I sked her how much I owed her. She said 40.00$$. I'm the stupid one. I haven't even opened the bottle and won't. I just wonder if anybody knew what it was.
Pharmacist Steve, Somehow I feel very bad about it. If I ever see her give it to patients "Katey Bar the Door"!!
Surely not, but one never knows. thanks for responding. Julia
BTW, snake oil is exactly what I called it when I showed it to hubby
Just color me stupid or a big time sucker. thanks

I would have a talk with the hospital/nursing home/home nursing agency that she works for. I would bet that they have no idea of what she is doing and I would suspect that she is breaking company rules

PharmistSteve, you read my mind! Most places like this have a no soliciting rule, and if she is trying to get you to buy or even sample a product that she sells in her off time, she is violating it. That is just sooo wrong! You'd be better off just to eat the blueberries everyday than take that "cure".
