At least we enjoyed a really nice weekend.

Well no sleep here last night. Becca was up with headaches and vomiting/heaving. She claims it's a "little" headache.

Calling NS this morning. . . . you all know the drill. Bag is packed. No one else is sick. Long day ahead. . .

And to add to the week . . . today is Joe's 38th bday. . . and Wed. my Aunt who has breast cancer and needs a uterine lining biopsy. . . is undergoing a masectomy and DNC on Wed.. We will await more news then.

Hate to say it but 'little headache' with what you describe sounds like 'I have a headache but NO WAY AM I GOING THROUGH THAT AGAIN! :( :( This is one respect where Becca seems too clever for her own good if ya get me? :p

Update this afternoon:

Thanks all. Still sitting tight and her head is not any worse. I can tell when it is bad becasue she will not read, will bang and rub on it with her hand. . . but she is not to that point. MAYBE it is a bug! Her teacher emailed and said - though none in her class - there were three out in the school vomiting that she knew of today!

Hope. Now that is hope. Now I hope that either Joe, AJ, or I start puking. . . that would be an answer! Twisted, but true.

Bag is still packed and if the headache gets worse we will go. She has not vomitted since 0715 this morning. . . her Lamictal of course that she got at 0655. . . . wonderful.

She ate two whole grain waffles with her brother at 0930 and played with him and was reading earlier. Good signs. So we shall see. . . there is still hope!

Update tonight:

She described her headaches as gone to very little as the day wore on. . . no more vomiting. Even went for a walk tonight. So maybe this was a "normal" bug!? We shall see what tonight brings. Off to bed soon for me. . .
