It depends on how my sleep disorder is acting.

My meds cause some sleeplessness, which means I have trouble getting
to sleep and then when I finally fall asleep, my cat shows up at my
bedroom door and won't stop whining until I get up! Of course, then
I have trouble getting back to sleep, so I guess you could say that I'm a
night owl.:)

guess who got me up at 5:00AM this morning? Of course, she
had to go outside! But, I couldn't go back to sleep, because my
mother's alarm went off and my father started yelling for her to get up.
This happens every morning!

No such thing as a good night's sleep around here!

I've been trying out a freeware graphics program called Squirlz Water Reflection (http://www.xiberpix.com/SqirlzReflect.html) during those nights without sleep.

It looks peaceful enough to put you to sleep...

Check out my new Hepatitis C (HCV) Support and Awareness (http://hepatitisC.yuku.com) board too if you are awake late and don't have anything better to do. You can visit me there (http://jitte-nusumi.u.yuku.com/) to see more of the images I've made in my gallery.

Enjoy,
Mott

That's an interesting program.

Just stumbled across this form, looking for night owls. I've been one for many years, after a chemical injury that damaged all systems. I sleep often, but usually not for more than a few hrs. I am usually up overnite, but in the day also. I tire real easily, so can sleep at any time, especially if I do something fatiguing Or eat.((

This forum doesn't look very busy. Guess everyone is asleep.)) Seems mighty slow also.

You want to hear rain?...LoL! ya just gotta come to Oregon!
It doesn't STOP raining!....we go weeks of having rain every single day here.
Is depressing at times...people here in the North West actually go crazy its so dark, damp and rainy ALL the time...even this last summer was cold and rainy entire summer.
Hope you get some releife.
Blessings, cheryl
