wow, what an education they gave us!
Think I'll stick with my honest Joe mechanic here in Boring Oregon! He's the most honest and best mechanic in town.....tee=hee....only one in town! Boring has only 2 traffic signals spread half mile apart!
thanks for sharing about Jippy Lube....unbeleivable....ripping off 5 out of 9 jobs! Wonder how this impacted business for them after this aired.

Its sad to see just how much they me$$ with people...
They say thier BOSS tells them to do it,but i dont buy that!!!!
They are just looking to scam any and everyone ANY CHANCE THEY GET!!
This reminds me of something that just happened to us. One cold morning my dd couldn't get her car started. Her brother tried jumping it but still that didn't work. I don't drive & know nothing about cars so we called my DH & he suggested towing it to a shop. They took it to this one place & my DD and I drove there in another car, there they told us we needed a battery. When my DH came back in town he told me he replaced the battery 1-2 years ago. (You can pretty easily sell uneeded auto things to an unknowing mom & an 18 yr old DD.)
