Don't know where to start...This is over whelming as the stores don't really sell a lot of gluten free foods...
:(
Sammie~ try posting on the main Gluten Sensitivity board if you haven't~ there are plenty of people who post there regularly that would be happy to help you get started.
Remember... lots of foods are naturally gluten free, but we can help you find good substitutes for your most needed and missed foods!

I'm new here too. I wonder if they have some sort of FAQ? I see stickies with a lot of good links as far as med info goes. It'd be cool to hear where people buy things online with the best prices. This stuff is NOT cheap. I bought some stuff for my dad for Xmas at The Gluten Free Mall (http://www.glutenfreemall.com). They were cheaper then another place I looked, but there could still be a lot cheaper places. I don't know.
The grocery stores near me have hardly any gluten-free items and what they have is often hidden or in a weird place. Luckily we have a Trader Joe's not too far away. You should see if there's one within driving distance of you.

P.S. Yeah I just noticed how old this post was... but it'd still be cool to hear if anyone has any online shopping suggestions.
