could someone tell me what I am doing or not doing to stay on line long enough to post?

If it is happening to everybody else no wonder we aren't getting many posters,eh?

I have spent most of the week trying to get post gone before it dumps me off BT.

I thought the problem was settled, at least about the up-grade, but it did get a bit better for about a week. don't think the up-date was done, so what next? computer graveyard?:eek: Julia

Well, maybe I knocked something loose the last time I beat the sox off this puter thingy. I may get 2 out of this one!:D

For the moment I am getting enough time to post, most times. That's good, much better than earlier.

Hi Julia,

Were you having trouble with your browser logging you out after each post? If you click the "Remember Me" button and it keeps you logged in. Was that not the source of your trouble or did you have to go into browser settings and add brain.hastypastry.net to the safe zone when looking at cookie settings?

If you still need help, and are clicking the "Remeber Me" box then we can go from there, I will make some screenshots and set something up for you to use to refer to for finding the right settings. It might take a day but I can get something up and running if it is what I am thinking, one of two things...so without overwhelming you with computer lingo, just be a little more detailed about what is happening when you log in and when you go to post, what happens then? :)

When I try to post it sends me to the register page, the one with the box. It has been doing better so I'll just leave it as it is for time being.

hi Bobbie. Yes, it is the same one as the last. It was tooling along real good, then all of a sudden poof!! lol

Since I posted this cry for HELP it started acting nice again. Maybe I'm not holding my tongue out right./ I do think maybe it is that up-date thingy, eh?
