my uncle was wronfully incarcerated he has a letter explaining the full facts i tried to post it but it wont let me because the file is too big. any suggestions on how to post his letter.

My name is John,
I had an SAH 22 years ago while driving my new fiat. I woke up after hemmorage by the paramedic. I had totalled my car, flipped it several times and had a taste of alchohol on my breath...only one I sware. After they sewed up my face and forehead, they put me in jail with my new neckbrace.
I did get the charges dropped after the bloodtest came back 3 weeks later.but they incarcerated me against the doctors.......I later found that someone with a similar name as mine had tried to burn down the courthouse where I lived.....figure that....
