Is workers Comp Taxable?

Need some info!
We submitted our taxes to our accountant this year and when we got them back we were told Workers Comp is taxable...according some form the accountant received from the government.I also have SSDI.We were always had the understanding that Workers Comp was non-taxable and SSDI was taxable.Can anyone help with some info?:(
