Medical Tourism, any good Neurologists/Neurosurgeons in Thailand?

I wonder... I'm going to get in contact with Neurology in Bumrungrad. These doctors don't have the burden of liability looming over their shoulders. Might even be some new ideas or novel treatments. Better service and price at least...

I know of a medical tourism facilitator called Healthbase (http://www.healthbase.com) that works with hospitals in Thailand. They helped me find a hospital in Thailand for cosmetic surgery. Their service was excellent. From their website I know they also have affiliations with hospitals dealing in neurology/neurosurgery.
