Jimmie has his follow up eeg (to his weaning off the ACTH) and neuro appt on Tuesday. Sunday his cousins are being confirmed so I am leaving Sunday and staying thru Tuesday since I don't see any point in coming home Sunday just to go back on Monday night, since the appt is at 7 am on Tuesday. I am very hopeful that his EEG will show improvement. He is still seizing daily but only once or twice daily now. He seems so much more alert and age appropriate too. He's still behind, but I can actually see him catching up. And his weight is coming down and the hair is getting finer and lighter. I hope that we don't have to mess too much with his meds. I didn't think Topamax was working when he was on the ACTH, but now that he is off, I think it is doing a good job at controlling the seizures.
