If you are interested in buying locally grown organic food check out the website of Local Harvest. You can put in your state and find farms in your area.
Why Locally Grown?
People worldwide are rediscovering the benefits of buying local food. It is fresher than anything in the supermarket and that means it is tastier and more nutritious. It is also good for your local economy--buying directly from family farmers helps them stay in business.

Business Week Online has a detailed story about the difficulties the organic food industry faces as demand goes up. http://www.businessweek.com/magazine/content/06_42/b4005001.htm?chan=search

May through Oct I can go to a local Farmers Market and get locally grown organic stuff.

This is a great site! I found all kinds of places near my home that have organic food. Remind me next summer of this site! :D

I am going to PM you about the Celiac conference. I am working off of my husbands computer so I don't have your email.

What an excellent resource to post.
Here's one for all the aussies out here.

Australian Organic Food Directory - Restaurants, Cafés, Fruit and Vegetables, Grocery and Markets.

I do urge other Australians to be careful when buying highly priced organics. Make sure you're getting exactly what you're paying for. It is possible to do that if you shop at the right places and support local growers. The aust. consumers association is currently suggesting that many of us are being "ripped off" and are urging govt. to set in place standards to define what "organic" really means.
