Cry Tears

Lilly went out again today...oh what fun she had!
Wore me out as I had to stay out there babysitting while mama Molly chomped on grass...also had to make sure the stallion didn't bust thru the fence...he's frantic,...wants to "huma-humma" with Molly....they go into heat right after foaling...don't want her to get pregnant so soon...Molly needs at least a years rest, now that she's a pro at being a mommy!
Lilly's coat is very very soft and fuzzy, unlike the coarse horse hair they have when older.
Her tail is short and stubby because it does not have the long tail hairs yet.
She is very strong too and I can hardly hold her in place or pick her up.
She's starting to become "vocal" and Knickers back to her mommy.
When she was running free in the front "yard"...no fencing there and she had no halter on, she ran further and further away from her mommy Molly. When Molly felt she'd gone too far away, Molly whinneyd loudly with a very different sound.
Lilly stopped running and came right back.
Check out the one picture of Molly on her back...Lilly is looking into her face with a puzzled look.
Try using your magnifying and enlarging focus function to see both faces up close....really cute.
Later today I will be reposting this picture after my husband has detailed and cropped it better.
Hope you are enjoying Lillys pictures! She's a real dolly!
We cant beleive she doing so much for just being 5 days old...wow!
Blessings, cheryl
