All I have to say is "Go Bucks!"

You might be from Ohio (pronounced O-hi-uh) if:

You think all Pro football teams are supposed to wear orange !

You know all the 4 seasons: winter, still winter, almost winter and road
construction.

You live less than 30 miles from some college or university.

You know what a buckeye really is, and have a recipe for candied
ones.

"Toward the lake" means "north" and "toward the river" means
"south."

You know if other Ohioans are from southern or northern Ohio as soon
as they open their mouths.

You can spell words like Cuyahoga, Olentangy, Bellefontaine,
Tuscarawas, Wapakoneta and you know which letter is doubled in Cincinnati!

"Vacation!" means spending a day at Cedar Point in the summer and
deer hunting in the fall.

You measure distance in minutes.

Your school classes were canceled because of cold.

Your school classes were canceled because of heat.

You've had to switch from "A/C" to "heat" in the same day.

You know what should be knee-high by the Fourth of July.

You end your sentences with an unnecessary preposition. For example:
"Where's my coat at?"

You think of the four major food groups as corn, pork, beer, and
Jell-O salad with marshmallows.

You carry jumper cables in your car.

You know what 'pop' is. !

You design your kid's Halloween costume to fit over a snowsuit.

Driving is better in the winter because the potholes are filled
with snow. (Amen!)

You think sexy lingerie is tube socks and a flannel nightgown.

The local paper covers national and international headlines on one
page but requires six pages for sports.

You know which leaves make good toilet paper.

God Bless....In HIS Service....Dan

You might be from Ohio if....

....you need some major auto body work done, you buy 3 rolls of duct tape and do it yourself.

....then you paint over it with a can of "rustoleum" and a paint roller!!!

(don't laugh, back in college, I painted my entire "AMC Hornet Sportabout" that way). Anyone remember those?

Actually, yes.:o

My best friend turned one of 'em into a "stomper" 4x4. I think he used a jeep wagoneer frame or something like that. The stupid thing had 36" tires on it. Talk about a roll-buggy.

007 stole one when I was in 10th grade, too.:D

You can trade a lot of those over for Wisconsin to.

I think I have to move. I'm known as the "Duct Tape Maven" of our building. I've also used rustoleum on my car and intend to use more on our latest . I've even repaired a muffler pipe with a soup can and hose clamps.

Any teen ager of the 70s has used clamps-and-can for that purpose! (at least THIS one did ;) )

You are YEARS ahead of your time trekker.
Duct tape is like the Force.
It has a light side, a dark side, and holds the universe together.
May the Force be with you.:)

Duct tape and WD-40 will fix ANYTHING.
If it doesn't move and it's supposed to.........WD-40
If it moves and it's NOT supposed to.........duc it.

...and don't forget the universal muffler hanger of the 70's a.k.a the coat hanger which also doubled as a set of "rabbit ears" (now I'm aging myself).
Duct tape is so 20th century...c'mon man it's the 21st century, now I've added Zip ties to my repertoire, though they don't work well as muffler hangers and metal coat hangers are hard to come by.
