Sorry that no one posted before now! The holiday has came and went. Mine was a little sad. My one son has been in jail for 3 months on a DUI, flight to avoid arrest and assault on an officer. My other 2 were busy so I spent time with my boyfriends family. It was okay but I can not eat I have to do tube feedings because I get aspiration pneumonia when I eat.:( .


With my mom being an alcoholic holidays come and go. Drinking is more important than spending time with family, how sad but I have come to terms with it!

Hope your holidat went well! I sure miss my kids being little, dying eggs, going to church all dressed up and hunting for the Easter eggs. My boyfriends son is 13, and his neices and nephews are to old to hunt for eggs so we just got togeather and ate. At times it was a little somber. His mom died a little over a year ago and her memory is always there. Usually someone cries. My boyfriend the only boy tends to hide his feelining but at home he will occasionally confide in me.

So the Holiday wasn't the best but it has been much worse years before!;)
