Miss Molly Maligering Mare!

Me thinks Miss Molly Mare is malingering in order to get more hay!
She gets 3 flakes of hay and a scoop of Mama Grain (expensive chow you feed a pregnant mare!)
Vet said this could go on ANOTHER 2 weeks of being fat and pregnant.
After that...we'll start to worry...but how can we NOT worry now?
This morning she was waiting patiently at her hay feed "crib"....watching my every step....Look...here comes the human who feeds me! Yippie!
We've seperated the horses...poor Doccers the stallion is in a smaller yard. He'll get zapped by the electric fence if he touches the tiny wires seperating them. I've gotten zapped a few times...my poor hubby got zapped 3 times in one day!....ouch...it really hurts.
Anyway....Molly is acting just fine....still has a little bloody mucas coming out, but is just part of the mucas plug.
So who knows when she decides to spit that baby out!

hi there. did you see where we took meanness in today? so far, so good. he weighs a whopping 72.9 pounds! yes he's gained weight right along with lazy me. about the only exercise we get is going into kitchen to look for something more to eat. good thing he finally learned to walk on a leash!

those were cute goats grandaughter was in pen with as well as her cute self all smiles.

did you see where the horse silver died? yep and the owner did not have a clue as to why. luckily luck was put up in another town so won't have to worry about him catching something.

ccan't wait too see about when baby arrives.

about that foal, i , not emma, changed my pick. she picked for me and i have a fav #. sometimes it is a lucky one for me. so we'll see. gotta run she is here and not sleeping and neither am i for the kicking in the face and all, lol. we'd get more sleep if we were rhere on watch with you, or have more fun anyway!
