Pay your house off with a 15 year mortgage....very very easy to do....we've done it twice now!
You would be shocked at how easy this is...just a few dollars more each month...not much...everyone should do this.
I drove $65 junker cars while everyone else laughed at me. Yes...I was embarrased while they drove new fancy cars.
Now they're wondering why we have such a big house on acrege thats nearly paid for!
It was from working very hard and scrimping all the time...it's finally paid off.
No matter what....you'll always have to answer to someone.
Even if you have your own business...you have to answer to your employee's.
It takes at least 6 months to get a business going...should have at least a years income in savings to sustain self while waiting for business to turn a profit and start paying off.
