Quahog I read your post earlier and I put a call into a friend of mind that works in an adoption agency, but she hasn't called back. I don't know the answer, but I bet she will, if you still need the information!!

Okay Quahog I will go ahead and talk to her about it. She was out of the office today, doing field work, but I expect to hear from her tonight or tomorrow.
