Something I didn't even notice

till last night.

My feet used to swell right before or after a few days of vomiting. (v'ing happened Monday thru Thursday). Or they'd end up swelling about once a week. As it is always both feet - I don't worry about them swelling since it's been going on so long -I'd only worry if it was one foot.

Last night I realized as my feet swelled up that I don't know the last time that has happened. It's been months.

It had also been awhile since the vomiting....

Why after 2 weeks of feeling great? Does this mean the feeling great is over? (as I've also been exhausted the past few days).

Curious isn't it? Even though I'm tired today I'm going to push myself.

Should I take myself off the job line up (won't find out for another week or so who gets it) if I can't handle working around the house this weekend and a ball game on Sunday?


Could it all be cause I'm on a stable dose of meds? That it didn't happen cause they changed my meds so often? That's when my feet would swell - once a week or so before all the mess I've had with doctors....

CF, I wouldn't think that you're feet or ankles swelling is normal under any circumstances. I know they looked for that when I was in the hospital recently, but I was fine. When I ask the doctor why he was checking for that he said that sometimes people with a toxic buildup of medications will have that side effect. I think you should check with your PCP.

CF,if this persist I hope you see the doctor to see what is causing your swelling. It may just be a short effect that doesn't mean much of anything. I wouldn't pull myself of the job line unless I could continue to do the work at home. I know you want to hurry back to work but take your time and be sure your body is ready for the additional burden.
