I wish to thank Mick for the information. This seems really interesting and I hope that "late-stage development" means they'll soon be able to help all of us! I can't wait to read your feedbacks on this "new therapy"! Unfortunately, I suppose it will take a long time before it is possible to use this in Italy too, but if this is as good as it seems, we might consider a trip to the US for treatment! Just let us know how it works :) I must say that I bless the Internet (and this newsgroup) for the chance of interacting with people all around the world and finding support and hints about fighting this illnes. I guess we are lucky, after all!

I spoke w. my doc today and he pointed out that it is a mega dose of Cytoxan. The data cited in this study is from 1 (one) case who also had Crohn's disease. Not much on which to base a rational decision. My life doesn't seem that bad to risk liver cancer and introduce other possible complications.

Comments? Anyone elsewant to go first or have experience with this protocol?
