Hi all

I will reintoduce myself since its been a long long time. since i posted last.

My name is Bea and I am a single disabled mom to 2 wonderful, daughters..

Beth is age 12 she is 5 foot 1 inch tall and 86lb she is in the 6th grade. she is doing good. She is taking orcherstera and learning to play the violin.
She has Neurofibromatosis, ADHD, AUTISM, mild cp in legs, asthma, reflux, Sensory Intergration, with her autism beth is social and emotinaly about a 7 to 8 y old .....

Glo is age 10 and just reached 4 foot tall and 49lb she is in the 5th grade she is not doing that great. Accidmecly she is doing wonderful, but behaivor and social and emotional she has regressed...She has Neurofibromatosis, ADHD, Autism, Asthma, Refulx, low vision, and sensory intergratiion.... social and emotionaly she is about 2 1/2 y old.

5th grade has not been a good year. They do not have a program for children with autism past 4th grade.. and this year all the work and progress on behavior and functioning that we (me and her teachers from elem) had got stopped have returned.

When their dad visits.. the visits are so so and this last time he visitied gloria for the first time in over 9 mo had a sever melt down... 2 in one day each lasted 2 hours.. since he has left. NO MELT DOWNS................

I am looking into moving to TEXAS... I will be going to TEXAS for spring Break to check out schools and homes etc. So if any of you are from TEXAS send me a message. telling me where your at and how its going for you please.

Beth still has high blood pressure.. they say they don't know why...
Gloria has had over 30 or more headaches in a 6 mo period. 12 of wich the school nurse gave meds for.

Well just wanted to catch everyone up.. feel free to add me to your yahoo, or aol messener list. i'm mom2nfautism on both of them... just say autissm and i'll know.

Hi Bea, I think I remember you from a while ago. Glad to see you again and glad that you're moving to Texas, I think you'll probably do well there as there are good hospitals there from what I understand. I haven't lived there, I am from Florida, and we have good hospitals here too but no jobs to speak of really unless you're in the medical industry that is. Glad you're back! Good luck with the move and everything. :)

Hey Bea! Yes I totally remember you...so you'll be living in Texas, with a cute english accent, love it.

Instead of giving you the humongous pep talk I try to give everyone about RDI, I'll just say PLEASE when you get to Texas find and RDI consultant (or before you get there even in case there's a wait) and start RDI.

If you ever ever took random advice from someone you know for years (which I think you have known me many years) PLEASE take this...do RDI. For more info on it, you can go to www.rdiconnect.com and you can do a search on this forum and will find out lots about it.

Nice to see you!
Mili

I hope in Texas some doctors look into Beth's high blood pressure and Gloria's headaches. It's not right.
