That's all we need this weekend, losing an extra hour of sleep and 3 weeks early at that!
I have had sleep problems for years and use fairly high doses of meds to get me through the night. It started off with just Benadryl in my younger days but have advanced to the heavy duty stuff, Ambien, Klonopin and Elavil. The Klonopin I take for other issues but the other two cause problems by themselves. However, I have had enough of these meds and their side effects. I've put off getting a sleep study done because I was afraid I'd never be able to get to sleep without meds (assuming you can't take them.) How do these studies work and exactly what type of disorders can they uncover (besides apnea?)
Thanks,
M
