An update on me. Exciting boccia news and some pics!

Hi,

I know I haven't been around much. School has started and it's been stressful as this year is an important year! It's going OK overall though.

Last weekend, I went to a boccia competition. I had a really good time and played well winning all my games on the first day. I went through to the quarter finals, but was beaten by a good friend. Then I found out some great news!! I was selected as part of the National Development Squad going to Melbourne (Australia) in July!! :D This will be great for me, because it will give me the experience of playing overseas and I will be away from my parents for five whole days - a big bonus. :p

I'm glad things are going well in school and congrats on the boccia competition. Have fun in Australia. I would like to go there someday. I've been to Europe. And I've been all over the east coast US. Sad to admit though I've only been as far west as just across the great Mississippi...About 50 miles from here. LOL.
