Hello to everyone. I used to be a lurker on the site for the most part. I posted twice I think. But I am going to try to change that.
I have had MS since 1995, or should I say that is when I was diagnosed.
I live in southeastern Montana and there was snow on the ground when I woke up today. Yikes, I can't believe it's time for winter already again. I hope we have an Indian Summer before winter comes to stay.
I am married and have two grown sons, one granddaughter and another one on the way. Of course I am way to young to be a grandmother......:D
Well, I have to get going. I decided I would try to make molasses cookies today for the first time. My husband will think I am experimenting on him again. LOL Hope to hear from you all.
Where is Grassman? Has anyone seen him on here since it has been back up?

Hi sswan,
Reading your post I imagined a beautiful swan gliding gracefully across sparkling fresh snow with a molasses cookie in her mouth. :) I love molasses cookies.
I'm so glad you've decided to come out of lurk mode.
My first grandbaby (a little girl) is due in late January. I'm so excited about this baby that I'm about to POP! I've been trying to decide what I want to be called Grandma, Nanna, Granny Joy. Any suggestions?
Welcome sswan!
Glad you decided to post instead of just reading. I hope you enjoy the forum.

Welcome sswan, nice to see you. You sound very industrious, baking cookes and molasses ones at that!
Your snow sounds pretty, but I hope it stays away from my part of the country. However, I am glad to see the Fall. This is a pretty time of the year to me, and since we are to have a cold spell this week-end, that means I will get to turn the gas logs on in my fireplace. This I look forward to. It just makes everything so cozy.
Hope you enjoy coming out of lurking and joining the forum.

Hi All.
Well my molasses cookies ended up in the garbage can. hahahaha. I think I put too much cloves in them. My hubby called them mole asses cookies. It made me laugh cause I thought the same thing. Oh well! Guess I will stay with chocolate chip.
Joy, my granddaughter calls me Gammee. She can say grandma, but doesn't want to say it. She is 2 and she is very funny. She is too smart for her own good at times too.
I fell today and smacked my arm on the edge of the wall.
It really hurt, but I survived. I think it might leave a mark. hahaha

Mole *** cookies?! Too funny! I'll never be able to look at another molasses cookie without thinking about that.
Friends keep telling me that my grangirl will choose what she wants to call me and you've just confirmed that again. I like Gammee a lot. Cheerful.
Sorry about your arm! We MSers know all about marks, don't we? :) It's our badge of courage.
