Chicago is about 3+ hours from me, so not at all out of the question. I seem to be doing everything but attending to my Due Process forms, and all things associated with school. When I do create a sort of timeline of facts (dunno how else to communicate what's happened without creating a long novel) I will send it to this attorney. Might as well. But honestly, unless free, an attorney is out of the question.
I hope though by some thread of a chance, the fact I am also on the spectrum might be some kind of a never before tried case so some attorney would take it for free to make some kind of name for himself??? Far fetched I know.
Thanks Isabelle, I love you hon.
Thanks,
Mili
OH I forgot to say, I loved the theory in this article http://www.sciencedaily.com/upi/index.php?feed=Science&article=UPI-1-20070115-14213600-bc-pedmed-autismresearch-11.xml which was on the link you gave me under Autism, but I read it before (here I think).

sorry, i wasn't a big help.
About overwhelming people with long detailed information. I am sure by now those of you could make a simple condensed summary of what is your situation.....anybody taking her case?
here is my take. Consider that Engish is my third language  :D
i understand (editing) you were banned because you just wanted to observed your child after recurring complaints of him misbehaving and after being denied that simple request. and, after so many meetings with administration trying to get a satisfactory explanation/s you were banned from your son's school, in base, according to them, at one meeting, administrators "felt threatened" by your pointing a finger at their faces...... ???
is that your case in brevity, isn't it?
OK, ANYBODY ELSE????
