-- first off-- hey all! Its been busy around here-- not a lot of time to post! Hope you're all doing well!!

My husband is a concept artist and hangs out on art forums and he came across this piece.

It made us both teary eyed.

Mili, he's in your state-- if you want to get hold of him I can get his info.

That's pretty powerful. One of my employees is a design guy--I will let him know about this site too.

Thanks, JW. Good to see you!

Hopefully, the picture attract some attention, all our children needs services, the proper support, the proper education and they should have funds on their names from cradle to grave.

Hi JW, not to try and turn you into a go between but sure I'd be fine with him contacting me, since you know him give him my email.

The way things are handled now in this state is nothing like it was when we moved here (we moved here for the services six years ago) but our Governer Doyle who professes to be 'for the kids' all the time, took away the services, made waiting lists, gives therapy for only three years, and, if your kid moves here from another state and is over 8 he gets NO intensive services, but $23.75/day (like we get) to cover all costs associated with autism. And no you don't actually get the money, but can ask the case manager assigned to your child to pay for things like I do for RDI. I noticed some emails on the bottom he had CC's to, that looks the the email of the wife of this man who is going to try and start an 'autism school' out here, and, his #1 person he started his current company with that uses Lovaas ABA, is now being certified in RDI - so even a hard core Lovaas doctor is going with RDI.

But, I can try and help the dad that did the drawing all I can, being as I've been in this state for some time, 'know people' so to speak...meaning I know who is who but don't know how to get my way or anything, I have been irritating overall. I'd love to hook him up with my RDI consultant, no one or nothing beats her program. Actually, she spoke to me for over an hour today (for FREE as she does with all her moms, which is sure generous and unusual) and this is the first day I feel at all out of my serious depression or whatnot after that last IEP. Oh, you haven't been here, basically I'm really down, but today talking to her really helped me feel a bit less hurt for the first time in I think it's been 2 weeks.

Anyhow, yes, give him my email and if he wants to ask away, I'll answer all I can. My very best friend was one of the original members of the Autism Task Force created by moms like her and appointed by our government, that gave our kids ANY funding or therapy...Governor Doyle's original plan took it ALL away, our kids would have gotten nothing what so ever. He (Doyle) was that guy I talked about once here, I accidentally heard speak at what was supposed to be a conference about autism, I followed him out of the big hotel conference room and told him "I never heard so many lies come out of one face in my whole life. You make me want to vomit" and he is so, I dunno, out of it, that while I spoke he continued to extend his hand and grin as if I was wanting to shake his hand. Ewww! No way. But the goons he had there for protection stepped toward me so I went away. He is the first time I ever really understood that politicians are LIARS. I was truly sick listening to the audience applaud him after every comment he made about how important our kids future is to him as it was to his dad and granddad and great granddad and blah blah blah - I wanted to yell out "unless they have autism, right?"
