View Full Version : Vitamin E --no soy?

Last summer I learned I had high reactions to many foods through delayed food allergy testing. I removed all sources of soy from my diet. I switched to a soy free Vitamin E but it only contains 35 mg Alpha plus Gamma tocotrienols plus mixed tocopherols (it is derived from rice bran). I would like to increase my Vitamin E and wondered if anyone could recommend a soy free Vitamin E.

I have also had an increase in visual disturbances from things such as overhead fans, windshield wipers and blinking lights since last summer. Could this be at all related to reducing the vitamin E?

Thanks.

In my opinion and the opinon of the Naturopath I was seeing AC Grace Co's Unique E is the finest Vitamin E supplement you can buy. I just read the lable and it says NO SOY.

The above is the Manufactuer's Website NOT a reseller. I buy it online from Vitamin Shoppe (if they have a coupon and some kind of free shipping offer) or iherb.

It's too bad that when you try to do vitamin research online what you usually get is page after page of places selling it and so little real quality info. Too bad the Search Engines are not smart enough to show the manufacturers sites first.
