My 15 year old son has done extremely well in school in spite of his TS.
One of his counsler's noticed a difference this last semester. No matter how much studying he did, or review of work they did together, he'd walk into a test with no knowledge of what they had reviewed. Does anyone have experience with this?

Hi! Nice to meet you here.
Come on over to the TS Forum with us and see if anyone else there has any ideas. I would wonder about a few things... e.g. is he taking any medications for his tics? Is he diagnosed with any other conditions as well as his TS... like ADHD or OCD or anything else? Does he tend to suppress his tics a lot while in class that might cause distraction... things like that. There could be numerous other reasons why he's not retaining the information. I must admit that both my children have had similar sounding issues over the years, but for quite different reasons. It would be good if you could come visit the TS forum and perhaps get some more ideas.
